USCA4 Appeal: 22-2234 Doc: 13 Filed: 05/22/2023 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Major Mike Webb appeals the district court’s order denying his motion to proceed in forma pauperis. We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error.

Accordingly, we affirm. Webb v. Garland, No. 1:22-cv-01128-MSN-IDD (E.D. Va. Nov.

4, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
