PER CURIAM: Fredrick W. Herold, Jr., appeals the district court’s orders dismissing his complaint, denying reconsideration, and enjoining Herold from filing any more actions related to his inheritance. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Herold v. Merill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc., No. 1:21-cv-00610-GLR (D. Md. Mar. 28, 2022; Oct. 31, 2022). We grant Herold’s motion to amend his informal brief. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
