PER CURIAM: Joshua Coard appeals the district court’s order denying his pro se motion. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. United States v. Coard, No. 3:19-cr-00686-JFA-9 (D.S.C. Nov. 9, 2022). We deny Coard’s motion for appointment of counsel, and we dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
