USCA4 Appeal: 22-6809 Doc: 9 Filed: 08/03/2023 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Devone Sharnell Best appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for compassionate release under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(1)(A). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. See United States v. Best, No. 7:12-cr-00064-D-1 (E.D.N.C. July 6, 2022). We deny the motion to expedite as moot. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
