PER CURIAM: Reverend Dr. Samuel T. Whatley appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendations of the magistrate judge and dismissing Whatley’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Bivens * complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Whatley v. Richland Cnty. Fam. Ct., No. 3:22-cv-02119-MGL (D.S.C. Mar. 31, 2023). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
