PER CURIAM:

Brian Levar Watson appeals the district court’s order granting Defendant Charles

Eason’s motion for judgment on the pleadings and dismissing Watson’s

42 U.S.C. § 1983

complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we

affirm the district court’s order. Watson v. Eason, No. 5:21-ct-03167-M (E.D.N.C. June

21, 2023). We further grant Defendant Eason’s motion to strike the documents attached to

Watson’s supplemental reply brief, as these documents were not considered by the district

court. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are

adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the

decisional process.
