USCA4 Appeal: 23-1877 Doc: 14 Filed: 12/18/2023 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Jeffery Lynn Roberts appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint for failure to state a claim. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Roberts v. Daymark Recovery Services, Inc., No. 5:23-cv-00246-D-RJ (E.D.N.C. Aug. 7, 2023). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
