USCA4 Appeal: 23-2150 Doc: 5 Filed: 07/16/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Richard Coleman appeals the district court’s dismissal order and judgment dismissing his complaint without prejudice. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Coleman v. Namecheap, Inc., No. 2:21-cv-00455-RAJ-LRL (E.D. Va. Oct. 23, 2023). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
