USCA4 Appeal: 24-6424 Doc: 9 Filed: 07/30/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Kaishein Tairelle Cooper appeals the district court’s order denying his 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) motions for a sentence reduction based on Amendment 821 to the Sentencing Guidelines. Having reviewed the record, we discern no abuse of discretion in the district court’s determination that the pertinent 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a) factors weighed against a sentence reduction. See United States v. Martin, 916 F.3d 389, 395 (4th Cir. 2019) (explaining standard of review). Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. United States v. Cooper, No. 2:22-cr-00086-EWH-DEM-2 (E.D. Va. Apr. 9, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
