USCA4 Appeal: 24-6128 Doc: 8 Filed: 07/30/2024 Pg: 3 of 3
PER CURIAM: Marqueion Harrison appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil action under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim on which relief could be granted. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Harrison v. Bullock, No. 5:23-ct-03079-M-RJ (E.D.N.C. Jan. 9, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
