PER CURIAM:

Samuel T. Whatley II and Reverend Dr. Samuel T. Whatley appeal the district

court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing for

failure to state a claim their amended complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no

reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Whatley v. Phillips, No.

2:22-cv-03528-RMG (D.S.C. May 29, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because

the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court

and argument would not aid the decisional process.
