USCA4 Appeal: 24-1295 Doc: 12 Filed: 09/23/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Michael Ross appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge as modified and granting Defendants’ motion for summary judgment and dismissing Ross’ civil rights complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Ross v. Bluefield Area Transit, No. 1:23-cv-00425 (S.D.W. Va. Mar. 29, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
