USCA4 Appeal: 24-6197 Doc: 13 Filed: 09/24/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Leon Johnson appeals the district court’s order denying relief on her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Johnson v. Duty, No. 7:22-cv-00341-EKD-JCH (W.D.

Va. Feb. 5, 2024). We deny Johnson’s pending motions to file an appeal for “someone else” and for appointment of counsel. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
