Emmanuel Lee McGriff El appeals the district court’s order granting Defendant’s

motion for summary judgment and dismissing his

action. We have

reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s

judgment. McGriff El v. Mozingo, No. 5:22-ct-03217-BO (E.D.N.C. Feb. 22, 2024). We

dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately

presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional

process.
