USCA4 Appeal: 24-1563 Doc: 11 Filed: 10/23/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: James R. Williams appeals the district court’s order denying Williams’ motion to reopen his case after the court previously dismissed Williams’ complaint for failure to state a claim. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Williams v. Bank of Am., No. 3:23-cv-00374-DJN (E.D. Va. May 29, 2024). We also deny Williams’ pending motion for relief. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
