PER CURIAM:

Muhammad Zakir Shaikh appeals the district court’s order accepting the magistrate

judge’s recommendation and granting summary judgment to Defendant on Shaikh’s

employment discrimination action, and a subsequent text order denying reconsideration.

We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the

district court’s orders. Shaikh v. Aekta Motels, LLC, No. 4:21-cv-03453-RBH (D.S.C. Feb.

27, 2024; Mar. 1, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal

contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would

not aid the decisional process.
