2 USCA4 Appeal: 23-6181 Doc: 32 Filed: 11/14/2024 Pg: 3 of 3
PER CURIAM:
James C. McNeill appeals the district court’s order granting Defendant Monica
Bond’s Fed. R. Civ. P. 50(a) motion for judgment as a matter of law in McNeill’s
42 U.S.C. § 1983action. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly,
we affirm the district court’s order. McNeill v. Gaddy, No. 1:18-cv-00786-LCB-JLW
(M.D.N.C. Feb. 9, 2023). We deny McNeill’s motion for leave to file a supplement to his
informal opening brief. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal
contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would
not aid the decisional process.
