Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. USCA4 Appeal: 24-6708 Doc: 9 Filed: 11/19/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM:

Marc Pierre Hall appeals the district court’s order granting his

18 U.S.C. § 3582

(c)(2) motion for a sentence reduction pursuant to Part A of Amendment 821 to the

Sentencing Guidelines. On appeal, Hall does not challenge the district court’s calculation

of his amended Guidelines range after application of the amendment, the extent of the

sentence reduction, or the adequacy of the district court’s explanation. And we find no

merit to Hall’s challenge to the district court’s subject matter jurisdiction. Accordingly,

we affirm the district court’s judgment. United States v. Hall, No. 3:95-cr-0005-FDW-1

(W.D.N.C. July 2, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal

contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would

not aid the decisional process.
