2 USCA4 Appeal: 24-1713 Doc: 18 Filed: 11/21/2024 Pg: 3 of 3

PER CURIAM:

Maranto McKiver appeals the district court’s order dismissing his claims asserted

under

42 U.S.C. § 1983

and declining to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over his state

law claims. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we

affirm the district court’s order. McKiver v. Ireland, No. 7:23-cv-00548-TTC-CKM (W.D.

Va., June 6, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions

are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the

decisional process.
