PER CURIAM:

Roger Keith Lunsford appeals the district court’s order accepting the magistrate

judge’s recommendation and granting summary judgment to Defendants in Lunsford’s

action filed pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act,

5 U.S.C. § 552

. We have

reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Lunsford’s motion

for injunctive relief, and we affirm the district court’s order. Lunsford v. U.S. Dep’t of

Just., No. 1:21-cv-00523-NCT-JLW (M.D.N.C. Dec. 15, 2022). We dispense with oral

argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials

before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
