PER CURIAM:

Willie Orlando McKinnon appeals the district court’s orders granting Defendants’

motion for summary judgment, dismissing McKinnon’s

42 U.S.C. § 1983

complaint for

failure to exhaust administrative remedies, and denying reconsideration. We have

reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s

orders. McKinnon v. Talley, No. 1:22-cv-03076-MJM (D. Md. Feb. 27, 2024; May 16,

2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are

adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the

decisional process.
