PER CURIAM:

Michael Frasier appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of

the magistrate judge and granting Defendants’ motion to dismiss Frasier’s

civil complaint as barred by the statute of limitations. We have reviewed the record

and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Frasier v.

Pritchard, No. 2:23-cv-04163-DCC (D.S.C. July 16, 2024). We dispense with oral

argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials

before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
