USCA4 Appeal: 24-6883 Doc: 11 Filed: 12/27/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Bobbie Ray Edwards, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 petition for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order, Edwards v. Lovett, No. 3:23-cv-00091-GMG-RWT (N.D. W. Va. Aug. 21, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
