USCA4 Appeal: 23-6609 Doc: 19 Filed: 05/22/2024 Pg: 3 of 3

PER CURIAM: Albert Anderson appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing without prejudice Anderson’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action.

We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Anderson v. Winston Salem Police Dep’t, No. 1:23-cv-00264-WO- LPA (M.D.N.C. May 10, 2023). We deny Anderson’s motion for general relief. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
