USCA4 Appeal: 24-6005 Doc: 8 Filed: 05/24/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Tony OBrian Davis appeals the district court’s order denying his 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) motion for a sentence reduction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. United States v. Davis, No. 3:19-cr-00093-RJC-DCK-1 (W.D.N.C. Dec. 1, 2023). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
