USCA4 Appeal: 24-6342 Doc: 5 Filed: 06/28/2024 Pg: 2 of 2
PER CURIAM: Brian Vineyard appeals the district court’s order denying his motion to revise the Presentence Report. We have reviewed the district court’s order and the record and find no reversible error. Therefore, we affirm. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
