USCA4 Appeal: 24-6379 Doc: 5 Filed: 06/28/2024 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Gregory Green appeals the district court’s order accepting the magistrate judge’s recommendation and dismissing with prejudice his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. Green also appeals the district court’s order denying his motion for reconsideration under Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e). We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Green v. Richardson, No. 4:23-cv-06103-RBH (D.S.C. Jan. 23, 2024; Apr. 5, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
