USCA4 Appeal: 24-2038 Doc: 14 Filed: 02/24/2025 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Travis McCrea appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and dismissing his complaint without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.

Accordingly, we deny McCrea’s motion to compel action and affirm the district court’s order. McCrea v. Santomassimo, No. 4:24-cv-00761-JD (D.S.C., Sept. 27, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
