USCA4 Appeal: 24-1662 Doc: 19 Filed: 03/03/2025 Pg: 2 of 2
PER CURIAM: Lindsey Knapp appeals the district court’s order granting Defendant’s motion to dismiss Knapp’s discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17, and denying Knapp’s motion for leave to file a second amended complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order.
Knapp v. Wormuth, No. 5:23-cv-00433-BO-RJ (E.D.N.C. Mar. 29, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
