USCA4 Appeal: 23-7115 Doc: 14 Filed: 04/14/2025 Pg: 2 of 2
PER CURIAM: Terry K. Ofori appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his complaint filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000 (RLUIPA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000cc to 2000cc-5. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Ofori v. Fleming, No. 7:20-cv-00344-EKD-JCH (W.D. Va. Sept. 28, 2023). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
