USCA4 Appeal: 24-6995 Doc: 22 Filed: 04/15/2025 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Terry A. Riggleman appeals the district court’s orders granting Defendants’ motions for summary judgment and to dismiss Riggleman’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint alleging deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs. We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Riggleman v. Smith, 7:22-cv-00018-NKM-JCH (W.D. Va. Mar. 14, 2023; filed Sept. 3, 2024 & entered Sept. 4, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
