USCA4 Appeal: 24-2273 Doc: 9 Filed: 05/27/2025 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Herbert C. Seegars appeals the district court’s order dismissing without prejudice his civil complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Seegars v. U.S. Gov’t, No. 1:24-cv-00344-TDS-JEP (M.D.N.C. Dec. 6, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
