USCA4 Appeal: 24-2046 Doc: 24 Filed: 05/27/2025 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Antinette Benson appeals the district court’s order granting Defendant’s motion to dismiss her amended complaint for failure to state a claim. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Benson v. Securitas Sec. Servs., No. 5:23-cv-00049-BO-BM (E.D.N.C. Sept. 19, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
