USCA4 Appeal: 25-6271 Doc: 9 Filed: 06/30/2025 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Michael Thurston appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint as time-barred. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.

Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Thurston v. Henrico Cnty. Police Dep’t, No. 3:24-cv-00487-RCY-MRC (E.D. Va., March 24, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
