USCA4 Appeal: 25-1286 Doc: 7 Filed: 07/28/2025 Pg: 2 of 2
PER CURIAM: Najia Rahmani appeals the district court’s order dismissing without prejudice her civil complaint as frivolous under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). * We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order.
Rahmani v. Ferguson, No. 1:24-cv-01773-PTG-IDD (E.D. Va. filed Mar. 18, 2025 & entered Mar. 19, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
* The district court’s dismissal without prejudice is a final order because the court dismissed the complaint “without granting leave to amend.” See Britt v. DeJoy, 45 F.4th 790, 791 (4th Cir. 2022) (en banc) (order).
