USCA4 Appeal: 24-2031 Doc: 31 Filed: 07/28/2025 Pg: 2 of 2
PER CURIAM: Federico Dimas, Jr., appeals the district court’s orders (1) granting Defendant’s motion to dismiss Dimas’ discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to 2000e-17; and (2) denying Dimas’ motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Dimas v. Bondi, No. 1:22-cv-01355-RDA-LRV (E.D. Va. Oct. 26, 2023; Aug. 12, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
