USCA4 Appeal: 25-1168 Doc: 6 Filed: 07/31/2025 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Antonio Gregory Brooks appeals the district court’s order accepting the magistrate judge’s recommendation and dismissing his complaint without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error.

Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Brooks v. Trumbore, No. 1:24-cv-01772- RDA-WBP (E.D. Va. filed Jan. 30, 2025 & entered Jan. 31, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
