PER CURIAM: Robert Paul Sharpe appeals the district court’s order dismissing his complaint filed pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 3730(h), 41 U.S.C. § 4712, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, although we grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis, we affirm the district court’s order. Sharpe v. Bircher, No. 7:24-cv-00085-BO-RN (E.D.N.C. Jan. 24, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
