USCA4 Appeal: 25-1706 Doc: 10 Filed: 09/30/2025 Pg: 2 of 2
PER CURIAM: Alcurtis Robinson, Jr., appeals the district court’s order accepting the magistrate judge’s recommendation and dismissing without prejudice Robinson’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim against an employee of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Robinson v. West, No. 5:24-cv-00458-FL-KS (E.D.N.C. May 27, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
