PER CURIAM: Under Seal 1 appeals the district court’s June 20, 2025, order. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Under Seal 1’s motion to impose sanctions and affirm the district court’s order. Under Seal 1 v. Under Seal 2, No. 5:25-mc-00001-KDB-DCK (W.D.N.C. June 20, 2025).
