PER CURIAM:

Justin Hawkins appeals the district court’s order dismissing his

complaint under

(e)(2)(B). We have reviewed the record and discern no

reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Hawkins’s motion to appoint counsel and affirm

the district court’s order. Hawkins v. Fountain, No. 5:24-ct-03076-M-RJ (E.D.N.C. Apr.

16, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are

adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the

decisional process.
