USCA4 Appeal: 25-6352 Doc: 10 Filed: 11/04/2025 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Justin Hawkins appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Hawkins’s motion to appoint counsel and affirm the district court’s order. Hawkins v. Fountain, No. 5:24-ct-03076-M-RJ (E.D.N.C. Apr.

16, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
