USCA4 Appeal: 25-6148 Doc: 8 Filed: 11/04/2025 Pg: 3 of 3
PER CURIAM: Justin Antonio Hawkins appeals the district court’s order dismissing his amended 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint without prejudice under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) and Fed. R. Civ. P 41(b). We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error.
Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Hawkins v. Fountain, No. 5:24-ct- 03048-FL (E.D.N.C. Feb. 21, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
