USCA4 Appeal: 25-6633 Doc: 9 Filed: 12/31/2025 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Dwayne Leonard Faulkner appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1). We have reviewed the record and discern no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Faulkner v. Torres, No. 1:25-cv-01057-MSN-WBP (E.D. Va. June 30, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
