PER CURIAM: Charlie Bell Bullock appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint for failure to state a claim and as legally frivolous and malicious. See 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B)(i), (ii), 1915A(b)(1). * We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Bullock v. Cuffley, No. 3:25-cv-00126-JAG-MRC (E.D. Va. Sep. 18, 2025). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED

* Although the district court dismissed some of Bullock’s claims without prejudice, the order is final and appealable because the court did not grant Bullock leave to amend.
