USCA4 Appeal: 25-2010 Doc: 11 Filed: 06/01/2026 Pg: 2 of 2

PER CURIAM: Zephaniah S. Edwards appeals the district court’s order dismissing her civil complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B) for failure to state a claim. * We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Edwards v. Cap. One, No. 1:25-cv-01099-MSN-WBP (E.D. Va. July 28, 2025).

We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED

* Edwards has also filed a motion to file a subpoena. We deny the motion.
