(after stating the facts as above). This case is fully covered by the views we have expressed in the case of Lackawanna Iron & Coal Co. v. Farmers’ Loan & Trust Co. (No. 503 of the docket of this court) 79 Fed. 202. We find no error in the action of the circuit court, and the decree appealed from is affirmed.
