Edwin Marious Bertsch v. Dr. George J. Beto, Director, Texas Department of Corrections

Opinion

PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from the District Court’s denial of Bertsch’s petition for habeas corpus. Appellant’s 1963 conviction of murder with malice was affirmed by the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Bertsch v. State, 379 S.W.2d 657. Since that time in both the courts of Texas and the courts of the United States Bertsch has continually collaterally at *856 tacked his conviction. All his contentions have been given a full and fair hearing and are without merit.

The denial of the petition is Affirmed.
