PER CURIAM:* Carl Riley, Louisiana prisoner #262968, appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his civil rights complaint brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Riley contends that the district court erred by dismissing his complaint as frivolous. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s order and affirm the dismissal of Riley’s complaint for essentially the reasons adopted by the district court. See Riley v. Camese, No. 94-3679
