vacate the sentence is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Appellant’s unopposed motion

to remand the case to the Western District of Texas, El Paso

Division for resentencing is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Appellant’s motion to suspend

briefing is DENIED as moot.
